This 3 bedroom villa is set in private grounds in Branqueira, close to Albuferia. Set in a peaceful location with views of the surrounding countryside, but within a short drive to Albufeira and the nearest beach.

There's a small shop and a couple of bars and restaurants in the village. The villa is approximately 800m [15 minutes walk] to the nearest supermarket and 2km to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach in Albufeira. Albufeira old town is 8 minutes drive away.

This villa is typically Portuguese and is built on one level. There is an open-plan lounge / dining room with table and chairs, two comfortable sofas located in front of a traditional open fireplace, an LCD TV and a DVD player. This room has lots of natural light due to large windows and patio doors which lead out onto the covered dining terrace.

The kitchen has modern appliances including dishwasher, and has access to the dining room and terrace.

There are 3 light and spacious bedrooms - 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a double bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with also has a bath and shower. One of the twin bedrooms also has patio doors leading to the terrace and garden.

The villa is in large, well kept gardens. The gated entrance leads to a spacious parking area and covered car port which also houses a table-tennis table. The large lawn area is dotted with pine trees and runs down the side of the house to the adjoining pool terrace where you will find a large swimming pool with Roman steps [9m x 4m with a depth of between 0.8m and 1.9m].

There is a poolside shower and built-in BBQ together with a covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool and garden.

The villa also benefits from a rooftop terrace which is accessed via steps from the terrace. There is also air-conditioning / heating at the villa.
