A mere 5 minute drive from the exclusive resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and their beautiful sandy beaches. The town of Faro and its airport are approximately a 10 minute drive away.

This tastefully furnished villa is set in its own grounds and offers spacious accommodation spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor guests will find the open plan lounge and dining room with air-conditioning, a large plasma screen cable television and DVD player, comfortable sofas and armchairs, dining table and chairs and two sets of patio doors which open out to the covered dining terrace and private kidney shaped swimming pool [10 x 5m].
The villa offers a separate, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and door to the outside utility area with washing machine. On this level there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
The entrance hall has stairs leading upstairs to the air-conditioned master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the private swimming pool and garden [this room will only be available when booking 4 bedrooms] and a final double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The lower level features a games room offering a pool table and table football.
