There is the Royal Pool, located at the front of the Royal Towers, and provides the best views towards Dubai as well as first class views of Palm Jumeirah, where guests can enjoy a relaxing and calming experience. There is also the Zero Entry Pool, an ideal high-octane pool convenient for families with it's child friendly design and with a dining option just steps away. Guests who are looking peace and tranquility can find this at the Atlantis Spa and Fitness Centre, which is an inspiring retreat with treatment rooms and streaming water. The Fitness Centre offers personal traning with programmes designed for each individual to keep them motivated but ensuring fun at the same time. There is also core training, Power Plate [acceleration traning] and assisted streching. There are body massages available with a choice of a 60 minute or 90 minute slots. Guests can choose from the traditional Thai massage, hot stone therapy, a Swedish massage, back, neck and shoulder and many more. The Ronda Locatelli restaurant is where celebrity chef Giorgio Locatelli offers guests sophisticated Italian cooking from brick-oven pizzas and to the most delicious pastas. For guests looking for more casual dining, they may dine at the Plato's, a stylish lounge located off the main lobby.
