This villa is located on a quiet, tree-lined street a mere 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cala d'Or where guests will find an array of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away whilst Palma airport is 45 minutes by car.

This lovely villa is built on 3 different levels and is accessed from several steps through a small private pathway and garden. The entrance hall of the villa has a guest toilet/cloakroom and the nicely furnished lounge boasts an unusual ceiling of curved terracotta ceramic tiles. The decor and layout of the villa is in typical Mallorcan design and is carried through the entire property. The Spanish digital TV (with limited English programmes) comes with a DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony which in turn overlooks the garden, pool and down to the marina in the distance.

The dining area with round table opens out into an open-plan fitted kitchen with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, oven unit, dishwasher and microwave. In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine for added convenience. Stairs lead down from the kitchen to the lower garden and furnished sunbathing terraces and tall trees.

The master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom is located on the upper level has the feature ceiling of ceramic tiles and offers great views from the large picture windows. Double patio doors lead out onto a spacious private balcony. The remaining 2 bedrooms and a shower bathroom are accessed via the staircase in the hallway and are located on ground floor. Both rooms have double doors opening out onto a covered terrace and the pool area.

The patio area is a perfect place to relax and sun-bathe where the compact private swimming pool (7m x 3m with Roman steps) is set. A BBQ and ample patio furniture enable guests to have a relaxing holiday despite being so close to the resort centre.
