This villa has a prime sea front position only 500m (a 10 minute walk) to the resort centre of Cala'n Blanes and the beach. The popular historic resort of Ciudadela is a mere 5 minute drive whilst Mahon airport is 30 minutes.

The villa itself is light and bright and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms split over 2 floors; 2 of the air-conditioned bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) are situated on the ground floor (1 has patio doors) and share a shower bathroom. The remaining bedroom is a triple on the first floor and is ideal for a couple with a young child.
The lounge is complete with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and offers access out onto the dining terrace and pool area. The small, yet modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge. The villa features a covered dining terrace with furniture and BBQ - perfect for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining.
The gated garden overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and includes well maintained lawns, a private swimming pool (7m x 3m, minimum 0.80m & maximum 1.9m depth with Roman steps), sunbathing terrace, table tennis and sun loungers. The area where the villa is located is famous for having the best sunsets on Menorca and what better way to enjoy the breathtaking views than from a private outdoor heated hot tub.
