This villa in Costa Calero offers excellent accommodation complemented by suntrap gardens and a swimming pool which is 13m x 3.50m with a depth of 0.45m, 1.25m and 1.85m. The swimming pool is heated by a solar panel, and the gardens have wonderful views.
Each bedroom is decorated in its own style and equipped with air-conditioning and heater. The main bedroom has built-in wardrobes where you will find the safety deposit box. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a jacuzzi bath. There are a further 3 bedrooms and 2 further fully equipped bathrooms with shower.
The fully equipped kitchen is decorated in a rustic style and contains a ceramic cooker, double fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a terrace off the kitchen which houses the washing machine, clothes-line, iron and ironing board.
The bright living and dining room has high quality furniture, air-conditioning, heater, fireplace, satellite flat screen TV/DVD. From this room you reach the partially shaded terrace with a built-in BBQ, table and chairs for 8 people where you can enjoy alfresco meals.
