This villa is a semi-detached duplex style chalet, built on a 250m² plot in a small close/cul-de-sac.
Offering a private heated swimming pool [depth of 1.6m to 1.2m], jacuzzi, sun loungers, BBQ, outside dining area and cactus garden.
The main bedroom features a 30m² terrace offering sea views and has king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and safety deposit box.
Sea views from the front garden [albeit not panoramic as there is a house on the other side of the street]. There is a small additional garden to the side of the villa.
The ground floor comprises lounge/dining area [with access to the pool], digital TV, stereo.
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. It also has an outside utility room with washing machine. There is also a garage.
