British holidaymakers looking forward to a Christmas holiday in
Fuerteventura this year can rest assured that at least one church will be catering for English-speaking visitors.
The church in
Corralejo will be welcoming all comers, regardless of their language, over the festive period, Fuertenews reports.
Families can enter the Christmas spirit by heading to the church at 6.30pm on Christmas Eve. A carol service will be taking place, after which there will be a serving of delicious mince pies.
On Christmas Day itself, there will be a mass said in both Spanish and English at 11.15am.
After that, families can return to their accommodation and begin the task of making the traditional Christmas dinner.
Those who would prefer to let somebody else do the work might like to book in advance and eat at one of the resorts many bars and restaurants. Irish pub Rosie O'Grady's is just one serving up festive fare,
Fuerteventura.com reports.
