Visitors to the winter sun destination of
Fuerteventura have shown their appreciation of the island through the results of a recent survey.
Fuerteventura is popular with tourists looking to take 5 star holidays in a sun-drenched paradise and it seems that they are almost all happy with the experiences they have there.
According to the Tourism Council of Fuerteventura's tourist satisfaction index, 97.4 per cent of travellers who came to the island on their Canary Island holidays would recommend it as a holiday destination, reports Sunny Fuerteventura.
"The results of the tourist satisfaction index always mark an important moment of the year, because we can learn what aspects we should improve on to better serve our customers," the website quotes the authors as saying.
Recently, people planning on booking luxury holidays were advised to avoid busy periods by a representative from the Association of European Airlines, who said that the busier a flight is, the more expensive the seats are likely to be.
