
A selection of properties on the island of Mallorca have undergone upgrades and developments in readiness for the 2011 season.
The 16th century converted manor house, Hotel Dalt Murada in Palma has undergone extensive renovation and reburbishment which includes the top floor now offering 2 new guest rooms as well as a bar and rooftop terrace offering views of the Cathedral. There are also extra spacious suites on the first floor which now provide more guest rooms.
The 4-star Hotel Bon Sol Resort & Spa which is located just west of Palma has a new spa menu for The Nirvana Spa. A TMT [Transcutaneous Meodermic Therapy] system is now featured at the spa, which offers treatments combining electrotherapy and anti-ageing, anti-stretch marks, anti-flaccidity and after sun treatments.
Recent updates and innovations at Hotel Tres in Palma, a Swedish-style property that combines a 16th century palace facade with contemporary interiors, include colour introduced to the courtyard bar area, Wi-Fi, new plasma flatscreen TVs, refurbishment of some of the public areas, plus a new light menu for room service and light meals including sushi and pan-Asian cuisine.
