Sunday 23 May - La Cincuagesma Fair
Felanitx [on the south east of Mallorca near Calas de Mallorca].
The town of Felanitx will become, for the day, the centre of the Cincuagesma Fair - an exhibition traditionally held during the festivity of the Pascua Granada, also known as Pentecost. Visits can enjoy a wide range of exhibitions including farmking and industrial equipment as well as traditional crafts.
Saturday 22 May / Sunday 23 May - Medieval Market
Sineu [centre of Mallorca]
The town of Sineu is decorated in medieval style and different artisans from all of the Balearic Islands as as the Spanish mainland will be found at the market. Herbalists, blacksmiths, silversmiths, glass blowers, carpenters, jugglers, showmakers, magicians, embroiderers, stonemasons and many more will be there demonstrating their trades every day. Visits can purchase the produce which are made there. There will also be concerts, medieval arms exhibitions, giants and circus shows.
Thursday 27 May - Ballet : Grupo Corpo de Brasil
Palma
An important event, part of the XV Mallorca Ballet Season, will be taking place on the 27 May at 21:00 at the Palma de Mallorca Auditorium. The Grupo Corpo de Brasil under the direction of Rodrigo Pederneiras who is also the choreographer.
