Holidaymakers visiting
Tenerife during the winter months need not worry about missing out on the island's newest water-based attraction.
Siam Park is open all-year-round and its revolutionary heated water system ensures that its pools and water features do not dip below 24 degrees C.
With its white, sandy manmade beach, wave pool, slides and spectacular views, it is little wonder that Siam Park is being hailed as the island's best tourist attraction.
According to the
Tenerife News, Siam Park has been worth every cent of the 55 million euros it cost to build.
"At over 100-feet-high, this near vertical slide will propel you down through an aquarium filled with tropical fish and deposit you the a small pool below. There are rumours that the park may introduce alligators to make the whole experience more exciting," the newspaper said.
Other top attractions on
Tenerife include Loro Parque, Castillo San Miguel,
Los Gigantes and the Masca Valley.
