It has been reported that Tenerife Tourism Corporation has unveiled its strategy for the forthcoming 4 years.
This will involve a comprehensive analysis in several areas including improvements on the ground, promotion, connectivity and innovations in the tourism sector. Carlos Alonso [the recently appointed tourism minister] advised that they would be working on their strengths as a tourist destination and will start at beginning of 2012 and will see the revamp of resorts such as Puerto de la Cruz.
