This completely renovated villa is a mere 5 minute drive from Ibiza Town, a 3 minute drive from Talamanca Beach, a 10 minute drive from Playa den Bossa and 15 minutes from the airport. Jesus Village is only a 20 minute walk away where guests will find a small selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and a bank.

This unique villa conveys a Mediterranean feeling throughout with warm colours used for decor and a high standard of furniture and furnishings in all rooms. The reception area leads to a light filled living and dining area with tiled floors underfoot, pastel coloured walls and includes a television, DVD player and CD player. From here guests have direct access out to the sun terrace and pool area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob.

Built entirely on 1 level, this charming villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin, which lead off from the living area. The master double bedroom is large enough to take an extra bed or cot (subject to a supplement, on request). The 2nd double and 1 of the twins is located down the corridor whilst the remaining twin is off to the right of the living area and offers access to the sun terrace and pool area. All the air-conditioned bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, 1 of which includes a whirlpool bath and the other a shower.

The villa itself is set admist an enclosed tranquil garden with a partly covered terrace offering distant views of Ibiza Town. Complete with teak dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a unique poolside lounge-bed, the garden is a great place to relax, sunbathe or even try out a spot of cooking on the BBQ. The private pool is approximately 8m x 4m, minimum 1m & maximum 2m depth with Roman steps and a poolside shower.
