This unique villa is just 700m / 7 minutes walk from the beach front of Katelios where guests will find a selection of beachside tavernas, fresh fish restaurants and shops. The larger resort of Skala is a 10 minute drive whilst the airport is only 35 minutes away.

Set in a slightly elevated and peaceful location, this villa is a perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the excellent views down towards the sea. The villa itself is built on its own private and gated grounds with a small set of steps leading up to the villa entrance. Spread over 2 floors, the villa offers 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 3 en-suite bathrooms and an additional shower room.

A mixture of traditional and modern furnishings throughout the villa create a stylish and tasteful interior. The ground floor consists of a living room with numerous sofas, a satellite flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. The dining area is furnished with a pine wooden table with seating for 6. Patio doors lead from the living room and kitchen/dining area out onto the terrace.

The spacious terrace features a large brick built BBQ and a covered dining area. An additional lower terrace is where the private swimming pool set with an adjacent jacuzzi. The pool itself is 8m x 4m, minimum 1.25m & maximum 1.7m depth with Roman and metal steps and underwater flood-lights. The jacuzzi is 0.95m with metal steps and is perfect as a children's pool.
The tropical, botanical like gardens create plenty of privacy and are ideal for getting a touch of afternoon shade.
