This villa is located near Lisbon - just 20km - and near to Costa da Caparica which is just 5km from the villa [5 minutes drive].

Costa da Caparica is a lively resort, crammed with restaurants, bars and summer discos and it is here that most locals come if they want to swim or laze around on the sand. There are tourists here too, but they tend to be in the minority. In Caparica town itself, Rua do Pescadores leads from the central Praca da Liberdade [where you will find the market, supermarkets and banks] to the beach. The street is lined on both sides by cafe-restaurants with outdoor seating.

The beach stretches towards Lisbon and the initial part of the beach is backed by apartments and cafes. There is a promenade with wooden "shacks" offering grilled sardines, fresh fish, ice cream and drinks. There is also a mini-railway which runs during the months of June to September. This runs the 8km or so of dunes to Fonte da Telha.

On the ground floor of this villa, you will find the lounge and dining areas and an American kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine which is open to the lounge/dining area. The lounge has cable TV.

There are also 3 double bedrooms [one of which has en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the garden and pool area]. There is also a further bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs is accessed by a spiral staircase from the lounge area. The landing has been converted into a games room with pool table and there are 2 further bedrooms on this floor - one twin room [with single pull out bed] and another double bedroom. Both bedrooms on this floor share a further bathroom.

Outside is the large swimming pool [10m x 5m] with lawned gardens with established trees and plants. There is also a covered area for outside dining, assisted by the BBQ. The villa also benefits from a tennis court.

There is electric mobile heating available.
