This relaxing villa with beautiful views over Mahon harbour is located on a low hillside, in a quiet area only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Mahon, where guests will find an array of smart shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest selection of local shops and restaurants can be found approximately 2.5km away while Sa Mesquida beach is only 5km away.

This 3 bedroom villa will sleep a maximum of 7 people. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen, diner and laundry room are located on the ground floor and lead to the large terrace and private pool area. The ground floor is also where the double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with additional shower bathroom are located.

On the 1st floor is a large, welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas, television and DVD player. From the lounge guests can walk out onto another terrace which offers fantastic views over the harbour. A 7th person on an extra bed in the lounge can be arranged - available at a supplement and on request.

Both of the terraces at this property are a fantastic place to relax and unwind, watching the yachts sail by. The lower terrace surrounds the private pool (8m x 4m with Roman steps) and features a BBQ, dining table and sun-loungers.
