The wonderful Marbella Golf Villa is situated in a central, but quiet area of Playa del Ingles in Gran Canaria. This villa is very popular due to its quiet location but in close proximity to all resort amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants. The golden sandy beach stretching for more than 5 miles is only 20 minutes walk away whilst the popular Yumbo Centre is less than 10 minutes walk away.

This modern villa is fully equipped with all the latest appliances including kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer.
The lounge is fully furnished with comfortable sofas with DVD player, CD music system, satellite TV and air-conditioning.
If air-conditioning is required, a small weekly charge must be paid locally.The villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. There is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The villa has a large private solar heated swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and BBQ area.
