Playa Jardin Beach lies just 10 minutes walk away and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz is some 2 km away and can easily be reached by the regular hotel bus service (no service available on Sundays and public holidays).

In the sprawling, 40,000 m² gardens that features a screened nudist sunbathing area are 3 swimming pools (one of which is heated during the winter) with children's pools, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and 2 pool/ snack bars. Furthermore, there is for an additional fee, a sauna, a massage service and an extensive spa and beauty programme that can be taken advantage of. Sports enthusiasts are offered aerobics, table tennis, multi-purpose sports pitches, a jogging track, yoga, archery, football, footpaths, shuffleboard, air rifle shooting, pedalo hire, darts, volleyball, bocce. On payment of additional fees, it is possible to go diving, play tennis (2 sand courts and 1 hard court), billiards or minigolf or to make use of the in-house gym. The seasonal entertainment programme offers live music, dance nights and shows several nights a week and provides some variation for guests. The nearest golf course is approximately 22 km away.
