This apartment complex was built in 1988, renovated in 2003 and consists of a total of 105 apartments/studios spread over 2 floors as well as a 3,000 m² garden. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Also, guests will find a small supermarket, a restaurant (highchairs for infants available), a car park, a garage and a children's playground. A deposit of 100 Euros per apartment must be paid on arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure once the apartments has been checked for damages.
