The Marina Rubicon Harbour is 5.1km from the villas and the nearest golf course in Tias is located approximately 30kms away.

As this villa complex belongs to a residential resort, each villa offers superb privacy and security as well as complete peace ensuring holidaymakers have undisturbed rest and relaxation.
Each of the 2-bedroom villas are built on one level; the welcoming air-conditioned lounge is located on the ground floor and is furnished to a high standard and features a flat screen satellite TV, radio with CD and DVD player and a dining area with dining table and chairs suitable for 4 people.
In the kitchen you will find a double fridge, ceramic cooker, oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, juice maker, toaster, dishwasher and complete kitchenware such as cutlery and crockery. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, a bathroom with bath and bidet while the main bedroom has a double bed with access to a terrace, air-conditioning, safety box and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and hairdryer.
The villas also feature a 'Solana' with a washing line, tumble dryer, washing machine and cleaning kit as standard. The lounge offers direct access to the private terrace providing video-intercom, 4 sun beds, a table for 4 people, sunbathing terrace/garden, built-in BBQ and a private heated swimming pool approximately 7.5m x 3.80m with a minimum depth of 0.60m and a maximum depth of 1.80m [the pools are only heated between November and April].
