This unique villa is located on a peaceful hillside approximately 3km from the resort and beach of Playa Es Cana and San Carlos village (where the Hippy market takes place). The larger resort of Santa Eulalia is 10 minutes away by car and Ibiza Town can be reached in 20 minutes. Ibiza Airport is around 25km away / 25 minute drive.

This charming villa is whitewashed with thick stone walls, in a typically traditional Ibizan design full of character. The entrance leads into an open-plan lounge and dining room which is decorated in a Moroccan theme. From here, there is a double and twin bedroom which share an entrance (the twin is also accessible from the outside of the villa). A full bathroom, a shower bathroom and another double bedroom can also be found on this level.

Up six steps is the spacious kitchen and another seating area which completes the main part of this villa. The last bedroom is an en-suite double located in an extension/annexe to the main house which has a separate entrance - perfect for privacy.

The gardens are expansive, private and peaceful with picturesque views of the countryside and farmland surrounding the villa. There are several terraces with ample furniture perfect for relaxing and sunbathing around the jacuzzi and large private swimming pool (13m x 6m with Roman steps and poolside shower).

This air-conditioned villa also boasts a wonderful BBQ area with furnished dining terrace, table tennis, TV, DVD player, dishwasher and washing machine. As all the rooms from the lounge are either up or down several steps, this villa would not be suitable for wheelchair users or for those with walking difficulties.
