Pollensa Old Town Villa - No 417 is in a lovely part of the Colonya Valley and is surrounded by woods and mountains but is till just a few minutes from Pollensa's historic old town. You will be able to walk to Pollensa Old Town in approximately 25 minutes and it is a 7 minute drive down to the resort and beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

This is a villa converted from an old farm building and re-designed by Pere Bennessar [a Mallorcan artist]. The Finca is fully accessible with wide doorways and all the rooms and gardens are completely flat and all at ground level, making it suitable for wheelchair users. Located down a gated drive at the start of a narrow lane, there is just a handful of other houses located nearby.

The exterior of the villa is built from traditional Mallorcan stone and the rooms are very light and airy with lots of spotlighting, beamed ceilings, slate floors and contemporary furniture. All the rooms have air-conditioning.

You will find a long lounge [complete with TV/DVD] and kitchen-dining room. The kitchen has ample storage space and work surfaces with chrome appliances which includes an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave.

Each of the bedrooms are well designed and comprise fitted wardrobes and sloping ceilings with hidden spotlighting. The double bedroom is spacious with doors leading out to the front terrace. There is a king-size bed and a white en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom is also stylish and guests can use the second bathroom with shower.

The garden is family-friendly and has a distinctive chequerboard deck surrounding the swimming pool which is 9m x 4m with Roman steps, separate jacuzzi and a pool-shower for your use after a swim. The lawn is by the pool and the sundeck, and there is an L-shaped stone terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Here you will find a covered barbecue area complete with cane dining furniture. There are stunning views of the mountains and Colonya valley.

Facilities such as cot and highchair are available at the villa at an extra charge.
