Lluch Villa is set just off the road leading from Pollensa to Lluch Monastery, only a short drive from the old town of Pollensa (around 1.5km) where there are a large number of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are approximately 7.5km away, therefore car hire is recommended. Palma airport can be reached in a 45 minute drive.

This spacious 2 storey villa is furnished to a very high standard and features exposed ceiling beams throughout. The side entrance leads into the dining area and the well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and a pantry. From the dining area steps lead to the welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Also on the ground floor is a nicely furnished twin bedroom and a full family bathroom. For extra convenience there is also a laundry room with washing machine located on the first floor.
Upstairs is where the further 2 twin bedrooms and an additional full bathroom can be found. The air-conditioned, master double bedroom is accessed along a corridor and features its own private terrace via patio doors and a shower / utility room. All of the upstairs bedrooms offer picturesque views of the surrounding landscape.
The ample grounds which surround this villa consist of vast garden and lawn areas enclosed by hedges, stunning views to the Puig Mountain opposite Pollensa and the Serra de Tramuntana rising behind Pollensa. Guests will find a splendid built-in BBQ on the pool terrace, ideal for those who enjoy a spot of cooking in the open air. A private driveway leads directly to the villa and offers plenty of parking spaces.
The large private swimming pool (8m x 5m) is surrounded by furnished sunbathing terraces featuring sun loungers, parasols, outdoor dining furniture, table tennis and private lawn areas ideal for children to enjoy ball games.
