The Pollentia Club Resort is a holiday village only a street away from the nearest beach and lies near the nature park S'Albufera, between the towns of Alcudia (2.5km away) and Puerto Pollensa (4km away). There is a 9 hole golf course in Pollensa which is approximately 8km away and public transport departs just a few metres from the complex.

The Pollentia Club Resort offers guests the use of the indoor swimming pool or the 2 outdoor swimming pools with deckchairs and parasols. Guests may use the sauna, the gym or the massage services along with 2 jacuzzis. For children there is a playground or games room and windsuring lessons are available for beginners as well aerobic lessons, mini-golf, tennis courts (as well as a course), squash, petanca, putting green and a track omnisport, which are all available for those looking for more active options. There is a baby club and a mini-club along with a day and night animation program for all ages.

The Pollentia Club Resort is divided into 2 different areas. There is the Pollentia Club Maris which is divided into different buildings all with 2 floors. The ground floor has a room which sleeps 3 people and a terrace. On the first floor are rooms with 2 beds and balcony. The Pollentia Village also has different buildings with 1 or 2 floors and can accommodation 2 or 3 people, and suites are also available. All rooms are equipped with bathroom with bathtub, telephone, satellite TV and a fridge. Futher room facilities include a fan, central heating, a hire safe and a hairdryer. The rooms of Pollentia Village also come equipped with 1 sunbed and matress.

Meals at the Pollentia Club Resort:
The Pollentia Club Resort offers guests to eat their meals from a choice of restaurants. First is the Ancora, open for breakfast lunch and dinner along with the Denario, also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner and meals in both restaurants are served in the form of a buffet. There is also the Grill Aquarius, for guests who wish to spoil themselves and enjoy a special a la carte dinner. There are 2 bars, a music bar and poolside snack bar to make sure guests are always refreshed.

The holiday village includes 1 and 2 storey houses as well as villas, bungalows and a main building with 2 floors. There is a total of 508 rooms which are spread over large grounds. Room and laundry services are also available as well as parking facilities for guests arriving by car.
