This fantastic converted farmhouse is located in open countryside just outside the resort of Porto Colom. The villa itself is a 7 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, a 25 minute walk to the shops and a 5 minute drive from the beach and resort centre of Porto Colom.

This spacious villa and gardens is fenced off by high walls, hedges and gates which ensure a high degree of privacy. The villa itself consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is built on 1 level. The entrance to this beautiful villa is through solid wood double doors to a welcoming hallway leading to a huge lounge/dining room (17m long & 6m wide). The fittings and furnishings are of a very high standard with comfortable sofas, chairs and a huge wooden dining table seating 12 is perfect for social gatherings. This room boasts a feature fireplace, glass coffee table, 42" plasma TV, DVD player and antique sideboard.

A decorative archway from the dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen with moden appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. A seperate utility room with washing machine and a store room can also be accessed from the kitchen. From the hallway a corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The superb master bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom, whilst the twin and additional double bedrooms share a luxurious family bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, come with fitted wardrobes and have patio doors offering access to the covered terrace and pool area.

Double patio doors from the lounge/dining room lead to a splendid outdoor terrace with tropical gardens offering plenty of shade. There is ample patio furniture and sunbathing areas with the added facility of table tennis. The brick-built BBQ is a real treat for budding chefs and is perfect for trying out local delicacies whilst the outdoor pizza oven is great for some Italian show-piece cooking. From here, guests can access the furnished terraces and the well maintained garden which surrounds the large private swimming pool (10m x 5m, minimum 1.25m & maximum 2.0m depth with Roman steps).

A feature Gazebo and a carved stone table can be found amidst secret areas of the garden and there is also an additional exterior shower for added convenience. At the front of this wonderful villa is an attractive sunken garden with ornamental fish pond and a small games area. The driveway can host up to 3 cars for covered parking.
