This cosy villa is situated in the attractive Volantina area of Pollensa only 1.5km (25 minute walk) from the beaches and famous pinewalk of Puerto Pollensa. The nearest restaurant can be found 1km away whilst Palma airport is approximately 45 minutes by car.

Can Biel Villa itself is composed of 2 bedrooms and 1 shower bathroom spread over 2 floors. From the entrance of this beautiful villa you find the open-plan lounge with comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player, modern kitchenette with clean white units fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dining suite. The decor is bright, yet simple with light tiles throughout - giving the room a fresh summer feel.

From the kitchen, a door leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with sloping beamed ceilings and pale wood furniture. A separate shower bathroom can also be accessed from the kitchen area. Upstairs on the mezzanine level are 2 single beds on polished parquet flooring and ceiling beams add to the clean, bright feel of the villa (because this area is open it is suited to older children rather than adults and younger children).

Outside, a furnished terrace with a brick-built BBQ is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The L-shaped private pool (5m x 4m, minimum 0.9m & maximum 1.8m depth with Roman and metal steps) is set amidst an ample lawn area perfect for sunbathing. The pool itself is in the best position to catch the welcoming sea breeze which blows across the fields and boasts a lovely backdrop of the distant mountains. The garden is bordered by trees and bushes ensure privacy at all times.

This villa offers some of the region's most eye-catching surroundings ideal for those seeking a mix of relaxation and entertainment from their holiday. Local restaurants such as the 'Mediterraneo' and 'Can Guarassa' can be found within a 15 minute walk. The Club del Sol Apartment complex is also nearby offering the possibility of entertainment if required.
