This lovely Mallorcan home converted into a holiday villa is located a mere 5 minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa Old Town where there are an array of shops, bars and fine restaurants to choose from. The beach can also be found in Puerto Pollensa and Palma airport is approximately 45 minutes by car.

Ideal for large families, this traditional Mallorcan villa is full of character and comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Steps leading to the front door open into a large lounge area with separate dining room decorated with local art and decorative plates hanging on the walls and boasts a feature fireplace, TV and DVD player. From here double doors open out to a spacious covered terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool and a lawn that has a well-feature. There are 2 twin bedrooms on this level which have large wardrobes and hot/cold air-conditioning units.

Steps down from the dining room lead to a large rustic farmhouse kitchen with modern facilities, traditional wood burning bread oven and a large breakfast area. A small shower bathroom and a larger bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower are accessible from the kitchen.

A staircase up from the dining room lead to a split level double bedroom, a small twin bedroom and a full bathroom. Another staircase leads to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a very large walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has a dressing area and seating area.

This delightful secluded villa has a private drive and a large gravel parking area set amongst well-established gardens full of tropical palms, shrubs and an extensive lawn. A free standing brick BBQ can be found at the rear of the property adjacent to a large terrace and exterior dining table and seating. All of which enables guests to take advantage of the open views over fields and distant mountains. Despite being a converted Mallorcan house, the property offers a large private swimming pool (10m x 4m, minimum 0.9m & maximum 1.7m depth).
