This complex of villas is quietly situated in the popular resort of Puerto Rico, located in southern Gran Canaria - an island that affords one of the best climates in the world, in both summer and winter. Various thalasso therapy centres and medical services are situated in the vicinity, whilst a shopping centre and numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment venues can also be found in the surrounding area. A number of beaches and the marina are to be found within 200 metres of the villas.

Opened in 2004, this complex of 5 individual villas have private terraces, balconies offering wonderful views and a good sized private swimming pool and garden.

Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and an ironing set.

The dining area and comfortable living room with high ceilings are furnished with modern furniture and feature satellite TV, DVD player, electronic safe, internet connection and individually regulated air-conditioning.

Each of the villas has 3 double bedrooms with terrace and 2 bathrooms. Cots are available on request and may incur a supplement payable locally.

All 5 of these comfortable duplex-style villas feature a private swimming pool, garden area with 2 sun loungers and parasols.

These villas are an ideal choice for large parties. Subject to availability all villas can be booked and would accommodate up to 30 people very comfortably.
