This modern, 3 bedroom villa is situated in the quiet resort of S'Algar within easy access of restaurants and a supermarket around 300m away. The beaches and larger resorts of Binibeca and Punta Prima are only 3km away whilst Mahon airport is a 10 minute drive. The seafront with a wonderful Lido for swimming and sunbathing is 300m away and in a 10 minute walk guests will find a local scuba diving centre.

The ground floor of this air-conditioned villa comprises 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 shower bathroom. All bedrooms are decorated in light colours and offer access out onto the terrace and pool area. Guests will also find a utility room with washing machine on this floor.
The spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and diner has large picture windows on two sides and offers access to a large upper terrace via double doors. The room itself is bright and airy with modern day appliances such as flat screen television, DVD player, CD player, PlayStation 2 and a dishwasher.
The garden is enclosed to all sides and features a large terrace, swimming pool (8m x 4m, minimum 0.9m & maxium 1.9m depth, with Roman steps), BBQ, sun loungers, garden furniture and a gated driveway.
