Contemporary architecture, warm materials, stone walls, wooden facade and large glass surfaces all combine to make this 3 bedroom air-conditioned villa light and relaxing. The interior is elegantly furnished in shades of ochre and white and all the bathrooms have natural light and views.
Outside is a swimming pool [25m sq] amongst subtropical vegetation and garden furniture.
Downstairs is a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin, a bathroom, a large lounge and dining area and kitchen complete with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and juicer. Both the kitchen and lounge/dining area have access to the outdoor covered terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining and enjoy the views out to the garden and pool area.
Upstairs is the master double bedroom with en-suite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms which share an additional bathroom.
Additional facilities include bathrobes and slippers, garage, 2 TVs [one of which is plasma], DVD rental, hairdryer, pool towels, bath towels and linens.
