This complex of 45, duplex style villas in located in the sought-after area of Salobre Golf approximately 5kms to the nearest beach and 40km from Las Palmas Airport. A number of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs can be found around a 10 minute drive away. Due to its location, where relaxation and comfort are of primary importance, it is recommended that car hire is taken. Alternatively at a supplement there is a shuttle bus available to and from the beach.

Established in 2002 the complex itself comprises a total of 45 duplex-style villas with a high number of these complete with private swimming pool - some of the 2 bedroom villas do not have private swimming pool. Built in an innovative architectural style, the villas are all constructed with top-grade local materials.

Each of the villas comes with 2 bathrooms, 2 or 3 bedrooms, satellite/cable TV, radio and hi-fi system, hairdryer, hire safe, balcony, terrace, individually adjustable air-conditioning/heating and a fully equipped kitchen furnished with fridge, oven, mircowave, washing machine, iron, ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities.

Guests of this complex also have optional access to the superb Restaurante La Casa Club and the restaurants of the nearby Sheraton Salobre Golf Resort & Spa. Further optional facilities at the hotel include massage, spa, hairdressers, public internet and medical service - all these facilties are optional and would carry a supplement payable locally in resort.

Residents of this complex also receive special green free discounts on the Salobre Golf Course - this service must be booked and paid for locally at the Salobre Golf Course.
