The Sands Beach Resort, also known as Sands Beach Villas, is an attractive complex located directly by the beautiful beach of Los Charcos and a few minutes walk to the centre of Marinero with its many sights such as the Cesar Manrique Museum, a cactus garden and the Montaña del Fuego. Links to a public transport network are to be found around 100m from the complex.

Facilities at the Sands Beach Resort:
The Sands Beach Resort comprises 7 swimming pools for adults, as well as 6 pools for children. It is possible to relax on one of the 6 sun terraces where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use and there is also a jacuzzi and a massage service for guests to take advantage of. Sporting activities include a gym to work out in and an array of other leisure offerings are available including aerobics. The complex features an entertainment programme.

Rooms at the Sands Beach Resort:
The tastefully decorated apartments offer plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay and each come with a spacious lounge with a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a telephone, satellite TV, a hire safe, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and oven. The bedrooms include a double bed (twin beds on request) and an en-suite bathroom with a bidet, double wash basins and a hairdryer. All the accommodation at Sands Beach Resort include a furnished terrace or a balcony as standard. The only exception are the Junior Apartments that have a small kitchenette.

Sands Beach Resort has 2 restaurants; La Hacienda Restaurant specialising in buffet style cuisine and show cooking and the Mai Tai Bar & Restaurant which is situated on the Paraíso Island Complex where breakfast, snacks, barbecues, and an Italian ice cream parlour are available.

The Sands Beach Resort comprises 368 apartments spread over 6 village-like areas. Each area has its own pool and children's paddling area. One of the complex's features is a saltwater lagoon with a private beach. Amongst the facilities, which have been laid out following the principles of Feng Shui count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange and lift. Additional facilities include a small supermarket with a bakery, a café, a bar, a nightclub, bicycle rental, medical assistance available on request, playground, mini-club activities, car park Paradise Island additionally features a swimming pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi.

Soleil bar is a lobby bar, serving regional and national drinks and cocktails. Regular sport and quiz nights or karaoke evenings also take place here.

Standard check in time at the Sands Beach Resort is 17:00 on the day of arrival, however clients can access rooms earlier if they are ready. A refundable deposit if required to be paid upon arrival. All accommodation is cleaned five times a week, towels are changed five times a week and bed linen twice a week.
