Golf - Alto Course

Alto Golf Course : Par 72 6125m
Runs through two valleys, and was the last course to be designed by Sir Henry Cotton. Hole 16 - one of the longest in Europe - is called "The Giant" and is 604m for a Par 5.

The course embodies his belief that a golf course should test players with low handicaps, but also provide a pleasant game for golders of only average ability.

The course, with the beautiful Monchique Mountains as its backdrop, offers winding fairways and gently undulating greens. On the first 9 holes, players have the added pleasure of an excellent view over Lagos Bay.
