Fuengirola is situated 6 miles along the coast from
Benalmadena and is very family orientated. It has a big, safe sweep of beach, which is Fuengirola’s main attraction. Fuengirola is lined with one of the longest promenades on the Mediterranean, taking two and a half hours to walk from one end to the other.

On Tuesday mornings, the central streets make way for the weekly market, which is known as the most popular on the coast. Visit the market to find the most colourful, liveliest and largest market. It is a great place to buy fruit, vegetables, clothes and shoes as well as local crafts.
