Villa Grecia is located in a quiet side street in central Playa del Ingles, only 2-3 minutes walk from the Yumbo Centre and all local facilities which include supermarkets, restaurants, bars, money exchange, car rental and bus and taxi services. Also only a 10 minute walk to the Kasbah, Gran Chapparal and Irish centres. With the main Playa del Ingles beach a 7-8 minute walk away, the Villa Grecia is ideally situated for all your holiday needs.
Facilities at the Villa Grecia:The villa has 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom. The villa will sleep up to 14 with the use of sofa beds.
Three of the bedrooms also have their own private terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is Plasma TV with satellite and DVD, music system.
The private pool has a sun terrace with sun loungers and a furnished terrace with BBQ.
Change of towels and bed linen is once per week. If required, a courtesy room can be supplied for late departures at a nearby complex (may incur a small fee).
