The Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat is located right on the Strip at the Mirage Hotel and Casino. The habitat is home to tigers, panthers, leopards and dolphins enjoy the Vegas sun and the millions of tourists who visit each year.
The facility was opened on 1990, and was the dream of Siegfried and Roy, who for years have worked to help save endangered animals, primarily white tigers and lions.
The Dolphin Habitat is surrounded by palm trees, lush foliage and 2.5 milliin gallons of water. The Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, who call this place home, like to "tail walk" across the water, catch fish or simply bond with each other. Visitors can get up close and personal and take a look into their fun, interesting lifestyle, and catch the dolphins responding to questions by shaking their heads and flapping their fins.
Just steps away from the Dolphin habitat, visitors can enter the decluded world of beautiful wildcats. This beautiful attraction display six different showcases of lions, tigers and leopards. The Garden is different from other animal habitats as it features black and white tigers as well as pure white tigers. The cats almost seem unreal with their distinctive fur colour and crystal blue eyes. Together with its lush foliage and beautiful waterfalls, the Sectet Garden is the ideal place to visit any time of year.
