Son Servera is situated on Mallorca's north eastern coast approximately 65km from Palma and the airport, and is positioned between the Llevant mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Neighbouring resorts in thie municipality of Son Servera include part of Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Costa de Los Pinos, all are very popular holiday destinations. Costa de Los Pinos is the tourist centre of Son Servera bay and forms one of the most picturesque spots on Mallorca. The beautiful sandy beach of Cala Millor is only a few kilometres away whilst a number of other great beach resorts offering restaurants, terraced cafes and lively nightlife can all be found along the coast.
A Son Servera holiday is a great retreat for sporting enthusiasts, a selection of activities are available along the coast and include SCUBA diving, underwater fishing, tennis and, of course, golf.
Son Servera is the home of 4 golf courses, Golf Club de Son Servera is one of the best known on the island and is situated right by the sea and is set in a delightful and peaceful surroundings. Pula Golf Club has a large driving range, 2 putting-greens and short game and a pitching area. Other clubs in the area include Canyamel and Capdepera. In general, handicaps and memberships are not a requirement for golfers in Mallorca, thus making it an ideal place for anyone to play regardless of experience.
Son Servera holds a market every Friday morning or alternatively, the traditional town of Manacor lies to the south of Son Servera and offers a Monday market with locally grown produce including oranges, olives and pomegranate. On the way from Manacor to Palma visitors will find a selection of outlets selling leather good and famous Mallorcan pearls.
