There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a 4th bedroom with a bunk-bed. All bedrooms have wall heaters. The bedrooms have excellent linen and the bathrooms contain high quality towels.
The sitting room has 32" satellite TV with DVD-DIVX Player and CD music player with IPOD dock. The dining area is elegant with views to the terrace and pool area.
The kitchen has everything you need - dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.
There is high speed internet connection, smoke detector and the villa contains some pieces of restored antiques.
The private swimming pool is situated in a sunny terrace with views to Mount Teide. It is very private and has outdoor quality wooden furniture and sun-loungers. The pool is professionally maintained/cleaned, and there is a built-in BBQ available on the terrace.
As car is not essential as the villa has excellent communications. However, if you do take a car there is an excellent exclusive parking area just at the front door.
