Located in an excellent position just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Vilamoura with its fabulous marina, golf courses, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The villa overlooks the Pinhal golf course.

This villa is ideal for large families, parties of friends or golfers holidaying together.
Spacious accommodation is offered - the ground floor is all open plan with a circular living area, dining room with table and chairs, sofas, open plan fitted kitchen with cooker, over, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an adjoining laundry room with washing machine. The lounge has TV, DVD player.
Patio doors connect through to a small shaded balcony with views over the golf course and a spiral staircase takes you down to the terraced garden which has a swimming pool [9m x 4m] and a barbeque and dining area. Please note that the pool can also be accessed from the garden.
Downstairs you will find 3 twin bedrooms, one with ensuite full bathroom, and an additional separate full bathroom.
Upstairs is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have doors to a large upstairs sunbathing terrace with lovely views over the golf course and to the sea.
The lounge has air-conditioning and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There are also 3 portable air-conditioning units.
