Each villa has private parking and has been built on its own 500 square metre plot with open views, a wide garden area and private pool [7m x 3m].
There are 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes - the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, heating and safe box. The other bathroom has a shower.
The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Next to the kitchen is a storeroom where you will find a washing machine and clothesline.
The living/dining room has high quality furniture and has an inner patio and beautiful views of the pool area. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, air-conditioning and heating.
The terrace is furnished beneath the porch and a BBQ, there are individual sun beds around the heated private pool and an additional sun terrace on top of the villa.
