Less than 2km away is a golf course and 5km from the prestigious harbour - Puerto Calero.

Each villa is built on plots of 800 square metres with a total floor area of 300 square metres distributed over 2 floors and surrounded by beautiful gardens with grass and with a private heated pool and sun terrace.
They have 3 or 4 bedrooms with wide built in wardrobes with 3 en-suite bathrooms and a small toilet. Each villa also has 2 spacious independent living rooms both with flat screen 37" TV, satellite English channels [BBC. ITV, etc] and German channels, DVD player, Wii console and access to internet.
A luxurious kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guests can have free use of cots and highchairs if required.
Air conditioning, heater, games-room, table tennis, safe box, built in BBQ, private parking are included in the facilities.
