These villas are located in a prime location, a mere 600 meters from the fantastic Marina Rubicon Harbour and to the nearest shopping centre, restaurants and general entertainment venues. The airport is approximately 37km away, around 45 minutes by car.

Each of the villas comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower and jacuzzi and an additional shared bathroom, also complete with hydro-massage shower. The villas are bright and modern with air-conditioning, heating and piped music throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen opens out to a large dining room with views on to the spacious terrace, while on the lower floor the living room is complete with leather sofas, satellite TV, home cinema DVD and surround sound.
All of the villas include a private heated pool, around 7 x 3.5m in size and are include a semi-roofed terrace which offers stunning views of Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura. Each villa also boasts a built-in BBQ and a sauna with aromatic-hydro-massage shower.
