If you are planning a holiday in Puerto Soller, Mallorca, the following information may help by giving you an overview on the resort.
Puerto Soller is a small resort, set around a fish-shaped natural harbour with a beach. It is the starting point for several boat trips along the coast – with a trip to Sa Calobra being one of the few to run throughout the year. Sa Calobra is the perfect, unspoiled cove on the north coast.
Puerto Soller is a good base for walks. A climb of under an hour brings you to Cap Gros lighthouse for panoramic views of the bay and the mountains behind. A longer path which takes you through rock gardens and olive groves, connects with an old mule track from Deia to Soller.
