Sa Coma

If you are planning a holiday in Sa Coma, Mallorca, the following information may help by giving you an overview on the resort.

Sa Coma is a purpose-built resort with plenty on offer including a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is situated between Porto Cristo and Cala Millor.

Sa Coma does have an exceptionally sandy beach with the usual selection of water sports and beach facilities including windsurfing and pedaloes to hire. Behind the beach is a wide traffic-free promenade that runs the length of the resort towards S’Illot to the south and the smaller sheltered beach of Cala Moreya [also known as Cala Moraia].

If you are looking for a lively nightlife, Sa Coma will not appeal to you. Evening entertainment is generally hotel based, although the resort does have a small number of lively bars, but even these tend to have few customers after midnight – reflecting the family market that the resort attracts. However, if you are looking for a wider selection of bars and restaurants, then visit the more lively Cala Millor which is about 5 minutes away by taxi.
