Villa Yasmina is positioned in a peaceful area of Playa Blanca and features very high, modern furnishings throughout. This fantastic single storey villa is only a five minute drive from the bustling resort centre of Playa Blanca, where a variety of facilities and amenities including restaurants, bars and shops are on offer, making this property a very popular choice for a villa holiday.

The villa has a spacious lounge and dining area which leads to the outside furnished terrace via patio doors. There is a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player and air-conditioning unit.

The kitchen comprises dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and the utility area has a washing machine.  Again, patio doors lead out the furnished terrace and pool area.

Outside is an L-shaped swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.4m.  Access to the pool is via steps and you can enjoy al fresco dining on the covered terrace, aided by the built-in BBQ.
