Villa Paulina is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful tropical gardens, halfway between Pollensa and Alcudia. It's 9km to the beach and 3km to the town.

Villa Paulina is traditional in style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark wood furniture.

On the ground floor you will find the lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a DVD player.  Double doors lead out onto the front covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

There is a farmhouse kitchen with fitted cupboards and is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.  Also on the ground floor is a toilet.

On the upper floor you will find both bedrooms.  There is one twin bedroom, and one double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room accessed via some steps.  There is a further shower room.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and wall fitted radiators.

Outside, Villa Paulina has wide lawned areas with Mediterreanean trees and plants surrounding the pool.  The swimming pool (measuring approximately 8m x 4m with a depth of between 1.2m to 2m), and gardens are at the front of the villa as is the built-in BBQ area.  The pool is accessed via Roman steps at one end.
